Rabin Rabindran is a commercial barrister & international legal consultant and an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand Inc (AMINZ).
He specialises in major national and international project negotiation and documentation principally in the fields of business, construction, energy and infrastructure development. Rabin has worked on projects in over 25 countries advising Governments and corporations in Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Caribbean.
Rabin is a Director of Auckland Transport and Solid Energy New Zealand Limited. He is Chairman of The Bank of India (NZ) Limited and former Chairman of ARTA and the Rugby World Cup Regional Transport Forum. He was a Director of the Australian public company MBf Carpenters Ltd, Manukau Water Ltd, Tomorrow's Manukau Properties Ltd and TMPL (Flat Bush) Ltd.
He is the Singapore Chapter Chair on the ASEAN New Zealand Combined Business Council (ANZCBC) and a Trustee of the Chinese Language Foundation.
